Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk (born October 31, 1986), known as 'Iyanya', is a Nigerian recording artist, singer, songwriter, and performer best known for winning the 2008 MTN Project Fame West Africa as well as for his song "Kukere", “Ur waist”, “Sexy Mama”, “Flavor” le kwa ukwu and away. He released his debut studio album, My Story, in 2011.
The singles “No Time” and “Love Truly” supported it. Iyanya vs. Desire, his second studio album, contained the singles "Kukere", "Ur Waist", "Flavour", "Sexy Mama", and "Jombolo". He won the Artist of the Year award at the 2013 The Headies.

Iyanya has sold many concerts across the world. He is one of the first Nigerian/African artiste to have successfully concluded 15 state UNITED STATES and Canada Tour in 2013 and he is the only African Artiste that has repeated the tour two years in a row 2013/2014. Iyanya is also the only African artiste to return back to the United kingdom and double up his last years efforts. Last year 2013 June 9th he sold out the famous o2 Arena 2,500 capacity and this year August 25th he is about to take on the Famous Brixton Academy 5000 capacity.

Iyanya has sold concerts in at least 8 African countries. Ghana , ivory coast, Tanzania , Cameroon, equatorial Guinea , Mali, Senegal, Rwanda. Iyanya is loved by all age group because of his genre of music and with this he has performed at the university level, presidential level, private shows , weddings, production launch, activation's and MTN tours around Nigeria, he has also traveled to 30 states of Nigeria preforming and promoting the Nigerian
