To compose a universe of sound dialogues, the Cabezas Flutuantes use homemade or unusual instruments. In addition to the synthesizers and light theremin, it is present in the musical Carou experiences, pointing sounds of pencils and other everyday objects. Various sound interference attached to instruments such as guitar, bass, electric guitar, trombone, trumpet, ukulele, among others, collaborate in assembling the aesthetic identity of the work.
It is currently in the completion of its second registration process, the album "Experimental Macumba" which highlights more compositions of the partnership between Carou Araujo and Fabio Cardelli - who also signed the production of the work - and moves the universe noise / pop / experimental group for more tropical soundscapes. The record also reveals the proposal for a more politicized approach common to the Brazilian contemporary imaginary subjects.
"Experimental Macumba" will be released at March of 2016.
