Izreal graham

Izreal Graham is an enigmatic, energetic and prolific lyricist. Born and raised in Queens NY, he experienced pain and isolation due to his father's struggles with alcoholism. He witnessed his father commit violent attacks on his mother. His mother, a Jamaican Immigrant moved the family to Miami Florida to start a new life. Izreal immersed himself in the party culture and music while living in Miami. He soon found himself caught up in the party lifestyle which he perpetuated throughout his time in the military. After serving during Desert Storm and other campaigns he moved to California.
Izreal gave his life to Christ after attending a church service in Sacramento. He rediscovered his love for Hip-Hop and began recording and performing.
He managed to grab the attention of secular and Christian audiences alike. He has put his, from the heart, stage show alongside such well respected Sacramento Underground artists such as, Random Abiladeze,Addict Merchants, Tribe of Levi, Task1ne and others. In addition he has graced stages with Christian Hip-Hop heavyweights such as Da Truth, Braille, Propaganda, Mars ill, Tunnel Rats, The Breax and many more...

In 2012 Izreal Graham released his fifth full length CD release. “Hello and Goodbye” is his most far reaching project yet. The lead single “This is where your hands go” is a high energy, eclectic Hip-Hop and electronic mixture. Known for his lyricism, Izreal doesn’t stray from his formula of witty and direct wordplay. Izreal returned to his roots as an artist and began performing in secular venues again in 2008. His ministry had a profound effect on people of all races and his exciting performance was able to move even the heartiest party goers without watering down his inspirational message of hope.

His efforts caused him to be nominated for Best Hip-Hop performer by the Sacramento News and Review two years in a row . An incredible feat because, there is no Christian category for this award. In 2005 Izreal’s single, “The Focus”was featured on a Grammy Nominated CD. He was also voted Holy hip-hop performer of the year in Sacramento.

Izreal continues to minister in churches , youth groups and at events of all types to people of all ages.
