Justice is the New Equity

Date TBA

Recording: Justice is the New Equity, Date TBA

The expansion of our criminal justice system over the last few decades has led to more than ⅓ of Americans justice impacted.

This size of the population is too big to ignore.

Where some see a drug dealer or a bank robber, ConCreates sees creative potential. ConCreates is an ad agency powered by incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and women and has collaborated with major brands as well as celebrities. Co-founders Vincent Bragg and Joe Nickson are teaming up on this panel with Community College Educator Margo Ellis to unpack how and why justice is the next big equity question facing America.

Together they lay out the business case for how and why employers should reconsider how we view people with criminal history and how people with criminal history view themselves.
