This panel will convene leaders from global tech companies to discuss Product Inclusion and Inclusive Design in Tech, how this work is inherently political, and how to prioritize equity within for-profit businesses, even when these concepts seem at odds.

We’ll discuss key concepts such as how to shift power imbalances within tech development from industry practitioners to those in underinvested communities, and how to change mindsets and equip people with the skills to make inclusion and equity a part of their day-to-day.

Participants will leave with strategies and tangible guidance on how to create a movement toward equity within their companies, and how to center this work in justice and activism, in a sustainable way, within a capitalist environment.
