Twentysomethings: The Next Generation of Nonprofit Leaders

Gen Z workers are essential to the long-term sustainability of the nonprofit sector. They are the driving force for social change and challenge systems of oppression and inequities. Opportunities for young nonprofit leaders are far and few between, and finding a twentysomething in a leadership role is almost unheard of. Why is that? Join moderator Keauno "Keke" Perez, LGBTQ+ Advocate and star of Netflix's Twentysomethings: Austin, and a group of young nonprofit professionals as they discuss the challenges and hurdles they have had to overcome to become a leader in this day and age.
