The education system is broken, schools are not producing diverse talent and corporations have yet to overcome this problem. The cost of a design degree from a top university can cost upwards of $300,000, making access less and less attainable for the many from diverse background. adidas S.E.E.D. (School for Experiential Education in Design) lives at the intersection of business and education and is not only the answer to this problem but takes a completely different approach to design education. Our creator centric approach to design education focuses on developing leadership skills coupled with design, to fuel creativity and accountability thus accelerating learning and mastery. S.E.E.D. is transforming the footwear industry and cultivating the next generation of diverse design talent.
