Liz’s career has been focused on identifying high potential talent from non-traditional pipelines / experiences and designing programs, processes, and experiences to help non-traditional talent reach their full potential. She began her career innovating recruitment and operations in small businesses in both the sports and food industries. Her work at adidas began in 2016 in the talent acquisition organization. She was hired on to the first ever University team in adidas North America where she recruited for Design, hiring 100% diverse talent into the organization in 2 years. She then moved into leading the adidas North America internship program where she helped increase diversity. Hiring by 35% across all functions. In 2019, Liz co-founded adidas S.E.E.D. making the move to Brooklyn, NY to launch and build S.E.E.D. Liz now leads all Talent and Brand related initiatives for the program.
