Jessica Smith

Jessica has worked for over a decade as a leader in higher education and as a global leader in university relations and early career talent for fortune 500 companies. She has built models at the intersection of higher education and industry to prepare, equip and unleash the next generation of leaders. At adidas Jessica has removed barriers for early career creatives for both traditional university talent and those exploring alternative pathways. The adidas internship program has been a source of top diverse talent, and she is part of the founding S.E.E.D leadership team. Jessica is part of the UAR taskforce and a Gen 2 LHIPO candidate. Jessica has enjoyed sharpening her craft in the classroom by obtaining a Masters in Education and as a current Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership where she is researching and publishing on Industry Education. Jessica has also lectured and published on topics of social change and inclusive pedagogy.
