Brands & Creators: How To Play By the FTC’s Rules
The creator/influencer market is exploding on a global scale, tracking to become a $15 Billion industry in 2022. Yet many creators, brands, agencies, and platforms are still operating in the dark, unaware of — and often non-compliant with — the Federal Trade Commission's rules for sponsored content. Since we can expect more rigorous scrutiny from the FTC under the Biden administration, the industry is facing a large-scale reckoning. This session will feature a cross-section of the industry’s most seasoned professionals who will share insights on how all parties can stay out of the FTC's crosshairs while still delivering compelling branded content.
