Leigh B. Radford has 20+ years of delivering significant and sustained business growth across multiple P&G categories. Leigh’s passion and talent for taking small ideas with promise and turning them into proven global brand success led her to create the P&G Ventures group. This fast-learning startup studio is designed to fuel P&G growth by working with innovators and entrepreneurs to create new brands in categories where P&G does not provide solutions today. Leigh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Business Administration from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
