Open Innovation 2.0: What’s Next for Enterprises

A majority of Global 2000 enterprises expect their company's investment in innovation to increase in 2020 and 41 percent say confidence in their innovation strategy has grown in the last year (KPMG). Learnings from early open innovation programs, such as outposts and accelerators, and several small “bets” are beginning to pay off for large enterprises. We bring together top corporate innovation practitioners from across industries to share both their evolving Open Innovation 2.0 approaches — from startup-focused programs that scale to new partnership and venture models — and the best practices they’ve developed.
