Leaders in the industry have shown an interest in recruiting people outside of elite tech university circles. However, the bridge building to HBCUs and HSIs and other minority serving institutions where there is a high degree of talent is very nascent. This session will put forth practical and experiential examples of what some tech companies are doing today to hire Black and Latinx college and early career talent. You will learn first hand how technology companies and Fortune 100 companies are sourcing and hiring the nation’s top tech talent.
