Willie Henry

Willie is a Senior Diversity Program Manager for Employee Engagement at Facebook, where he provides strategic guidance & direction to drive community building across underrepresented employee communities. He works with key partners and stakeholders including leaders to drive a strong sense of belonging, community connection and inclusion, and a positive employee experience. He also works to identify and build relationships with external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impact and support Facebook's diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups. With over 12 years of experience in HR, Diversity & Recruiting, and with time spent at Coca-Cola & Citigroup, Willie brings a very deep and diverse background to his work in and outside of Facebook to drive impact in both the company and communities.
