Monique Aristy

Monique is the Head of University & Diversity Recruiting and is responsible for delivering a best-in-class recruiting function to build a pipeline of high-quality diverse talent by identifying, attracting, and developing candidates for Twitter. Prior to Twitter, Monique was a campus recruiter at Goldman Sachs, where she worked for 7.5 years across various roles supporting multiple businesses.

Monique graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Sociology and Media/Communications. She is excited to be at Twitter because it's an amazing organization destined for great things and excited to be part of this journey to strategically hire diverse talent into tech!
