Messaging is the preferred way of communication for most smartphone users nowadays - since 2015 the use of top 4 messaging apps has surpassed the use of top 4 social networks. Bots enable businesses and organizations to connect with their customers, prospects, audiences, etc in a medium where people spend most their time. With the use of specific techniques, a business can establish a communication channel that will maximize the value of their offering to both their audience as well as the business itself.
