Susan Tjioe

As the Director of Digital Innovation, Susan Tjioe manages T-Mobile’s innovation product roadmap including partnerships with emerging startups and tech leaders. Her team is tasked with building out intuitive commerce and digital experiences that resonate with customers. One way they do that is by forging relationships with innovative brands like Facebook and Chatfuel. Before joining the team at T-Mobile, Susan served in corporate strategy and business development roles for PayPal, Xbox, and Bing.
