His responsibilities include cultivating relationships with clients and strategic partners as well as empowering developer and marketing agencies to deliver top-notch bot experiences to their customers.

Prior to joining Chatfuel, Dmitriy had a stint as a ""professional world traveler and blogger"", coming off a 13-year career managing enterprise clients at a corporate insurance and professional services powerhouse Marsh & McLennan.
