There's a social aspect to fitness - our first form of fitness is play, be it tag, dance, or competitive sports. But as technology such as online shopping and online meetings isolate us, can it also bring us together in online fitness classes? How can online classes keep us motivated and safe? We will explore different ways technology is delivering fitness remotely so we can sweat, tone, and burn calories in the privacy of our homes while maintaining the social access to fitness through technology.
