Aarti Kapoor

Aarti Kapoor leads the Health, Wellness & Lifestyle industry platform at Moelis & Company, a New York based investment bank, covering fitness, activewear, healthy consumables, and other lifestyle categories. Kapoor was named to Business Insider’s “Rising Stars on Wall Street” in 2017, Forbes “30 Under 30” for Finance in 2015 and has been featured in publications by Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, SELF, NYMagazine, Refinery29, Fast Company and more, with speaking roles at industry events by ESPN, Well+Good, FounderMade and IHRSA among others. Kapoor is notably featured for her work in the fitness industry in the book “Sweat Equity: Inside the New Economy of Mind and Body”, by Bloomberg NY Bureau Chief Jason Kelly. Recent notable clients include LaserAway, Barry’s Bootcamp, Flywheel Sports, and Vega. Prior to joining Moelis, Kapoor worked in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup in New York. She graduated with a B.A. Honors cum laude in Economics from Harvard University.
