Funding Our Future: Investing in Diverse Startups
With the growing trend of more tech startups being founded by Women, Latino, Black and Asian founders, greater investment in these ventures is needed to ensure the innovation and economic growth across all communities that these founders represent as the global population becomes more diverse. This panel consists of some of the very few Black investors within the venture capital industry. including Base Ventures and Connectivity Capital Partners. Hear their views on how to increase the capital needed to support the growth and diversity of startups. Additionally, we will discuss how to engage more diverse chambers of commerce as resources for connecting startup founders with capital.
