As a former major label musician, experienced entertainment attorney and law school professor, David Kostiner, with Shawn Thompson and Vivek Sridharan, present a Music Law "Boot Camp" featuring a detailed overview of copyrights, master rights, publishing rights, digital rights, name and likeness rights, and touring issues. As the music industry continues to evolve, participants need to be aware of the various aspects and changes in the law and business practices, and the effects of each on music careers.

We will go into detail with respect to the core areas of music exploitation based on lectures developed through teaching Entertainment Law at a top tier law school over seven years.
