Tameca Jones is a soul-pop singer-songwriter born and raised in Austin, TX. She has been playing in her hometown for 10 years and developed a name for herself with her soulful interpretations of songs by pop and rock artists. She wrote and released her first single, "Hot and Bothered," a few weeks before her 2015 debut at Austin City Limits Festival. Her silky vocals can be heard on Gary Clark Jr.'s song "Wings," from his album, "The Story of Sonny Boy Slim." On March 11th, which is officially Tameca Jones Day in Austin, TX, Tameca will release her debut EP called "Naked." She either wrote or co-wrote every song on the EP. Her sound is a mix of soul and pop with contemporary sprinkles.
