DJ royalty, a female DJ who hails from the rough streets of far rockaway queens, and Bedstuy Brooklyn, has been djing for over 10 years. Royalty started her DJ Career playing for friends bday parties, and baby showers. She quickly gained a following and dj'd her way through college. Providing the pa system and music for the well known "8Ball" basketball tournament in Bedstuy for several years. After college, she became a professional DJ. Her career took off when she relocated to Atlanta, to work with BET networks on the "Monique Show". While in Atlanta, the current hub for music, she promoted and Dj'd the show's weekly wrap party for crew and show guest. Royalty became the Guest crowd warm up DJ for the show whenever needed. Royalty also Dj'd the wrap party for BET's "Let's Stay together".
Outside of BET, Royalty's schedule included her DJing, 4 days a week, all over Atlanta. One of her weekly gigs was being the House Dj for "Make Me Laugh Mondays" hosted by Vanessa Fraction, a writer for the Monique Show and now 106 & Park.
She also DJ'd at the famed Uptown Comedy Corner on multiple occasions.
Royalty's goal is to expand her Dj brand and one day become a tour DJ.
