All 5 original members of Freda and Firedogs reunite for two nights only for the Doug Sahm SXSW Tribute Night at the Paramount Theater, on March 21 and the following night, Sunday, March 22, at the legendary Broken Spoke, 3104 South Lamar, in South Austin.
Freda and the Firedogs are: Marcia Ball (piano and vocals), John X. Reed (guitar and vocals), Bobby Earl Smith (bass and vocals), David Cook (steel guitar and electric guitar), and Steve McDaniels (drums).
