He plays the bass like a human voice; she sings like an instrument. They bring a singer/songwriter's sensibility to jazz standards and create original world jazz fusing gypsy music, European classical, counterpoint, and infectious world rhythms. A multi-year finalist in the International Songwriting Competition and a nominee in Independent Music Awards, Dilley's compositions been used on HBO, Food Network, Discovery Channel, Playboy Channel and more; Butler's song "When Love Has Left the Room" won the Jazz Category of the ISC. Featured artists in their home town's Community Arts Access Program, both won individual grants from the Artist Foundation in performance and composition. Their duet album AMERICAN SAMPLER won the Cabaret Category of the IMA and remained in the top 10 on iTunes' Great American Songbook chart its first week in release. Dilley's latest album LULLABY OF THE FLATLANDS is the first in a series of albums for meditation and relaxation.
