Boldy James

Boldy James is a native of Detroit, MI. His first garnered national attetion with a guest appearance of The Cool Kids record "Tires". Boldy was later featured on the Fat Raps Remix, which was featured on Big Sean's "Finally Famous 3" mixtape. In May 2011, Boldy James released his debut project "Trapper's Alley: Pros and Cons". The tape flew under the radar until to the masses. In December 2011, Trapper's Alley" was featured in a article on Pitchfork's website about the most overlooked projects of the year. Also, in 2011, Boldy James made notable guest appearances on The Cool Kids ""Roll Call" off the LP "When Fish Ride Bicycles" and on Asher Roth's Pabst and Jazz mixtape on the record "Golden Midas". In 2012, Boldy James momentum has continued to grow. He released his follow up project "Consignment: Favor For A Favor the redi-rock mixtape" and is currently working on still untitled project produced entirely by Alchemist.
