EVDW (Edgar Van de Wingard) is an Alternative Rock band from Santiago de Chile. Their members are Fernando Lasalvia (vocals, guitar, Synth), Hans Korn (Bass) and Richi Tunacola (drums, strings, production).
Originated in 2010, EVDW mixes different sounds, among which can be distinguished indie, electronica, disco and rock marked guitars. The band's debut LP "I am everyone I know" (2010) led them to open shows for bands like 2 Many DJs, Pinguin Prission, M.A.N.D.Y. and Q-Burns. Also, they were included in the official line up for local festivals such as Sundek, Creamfields, Misteryland (2011 and 2012), and Lollapalooza 2015.
EVDW is the only Chilean group with a stable program on MTV UK (UK and Ireland), MTV Brazil and MTV Asia with the videos "The book of Italo Disco" (more than 20,000 hits on youtube) and "Enjoy your show".
His latest single "Saviour" had great reception at the UK, being shared by BBC 6 RADIO MUSIC ...
