Brian Gonzalez
Brian Gonzalez recently joined JFF as an Executive in Residence at the Center for AI and the Future of Work. In this role, he drives AI strategy and partnerships in the U.S. and internationally. Building on 24 years of experience at Intel, Brian spearheaded initiatives such as Intel Digital Readiness, which delivered AI skills to over 10 million people globally. He also launched the nation’s first AI degree programs, which were adopted by 120 colleges in 43 states within three years.
At JFF, he focuses on a future where individuals thrive through human-AI collaboration, unlocking productivity, innovation, and opportunity. Brian was honored as a HITEC 100, recognizing him as one of the most influential Hispanic technology leaders for his contributions to digital inclusion, workforce transformation, and equitable AI adoption. At Intel, he was the Chair for the Latinx Leadership Council.
