Eboni Stephens

Eboni Stephens is a seasoned music executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in
artist development, tour management, A&R, and business strategy. She has managed tours for
T-Pain and Jason Martin and worked with artists like DJ Quik and Wiz Khalifa. At Nappy Boy
Entertainment, she handled day-to-day operations and played a key role in artist development.
At Internz University, she managed road management and daily operations, focusing on music
education and industry strategy. She founded Glamour Kids and Kuts Salon, creating a unique
space for children's haircare. A Florida A&M University graduate with a background in
international agriculture and music industry essentials, Eboni bridges creativity, strategy, and
innovation in entertainment and business. Currently, she manages Jason Martin and is
developing business ventures, including Coffee and Kush and a mobile children's salon.
