Keshia Neal is a skilled data analyst with over a decade of experience in education. She holds a Master’s in Mind, Brain & Education and a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and is completing her PhD in Higher Education, focusing on how organizational systems impact equity. Passionate about data-driven solutions, Keshia blends analytics and culture to drive systemic change. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading banned books, and rewatching classic Black 90s sitcoms.
