Teresa Romo

Teresa Romo is a seasoned executive in the Latin music industry with over 10 years of experience. She has led global media strategies at companies like Live Nation, Universal Music Latin, and Warner Music Group. Currently, as Kobalt’s Sr. Director of Creative for LATAM, she spearheads the company’s expansion into Mexico and works with top Latin songwriters like Pedro Tovar, Kevin Kaarl, and Ana Barbara. Previously, at BMI, she signed influential songwriters, driving significant growth in Latin music. Teresa holds a BFA from Sam Houston State University.
