Josie Goson is the Marketing and Digital Director at Dirty Hit, driving the label’s U.S. expansion since joining in 2022. She leads innovative digital strategy across the roster, spearheading standout campaigns for The 1975, Bleachers, and beabadoobee, while overseeing marketing for the label’s U.S.-based artists.

Before Dirty Hit, Josie honed her expertise at Interscope Records, working across marketing and digital for projects including Lana Del Rey, Juice WRLD, and Olivia Rodrigo.

Josie credits her strength, passion, and mastery of digital landscape to being a superfan, particularly admiring Dirty Hit since its beginnings.
