Jennifer Lo

Jennifer Lo is a Senior Director and Design Strategist at IDEO, specializing in large-scale innovation and design futures. With expertise in design, strategy, and foresight, she helps clients navigate near- and long-term challenges. Jennifer coaches leaders on human-centered design and strategic foresight, focusing on culture, strategy, and innovation. She is also Adjunct Faculty at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Public Health, teaching Human-Centered Design and Strategic Foresight. A former ED/ICU nurse, Jennifer has 20+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, and tech consulting. Previously, she led innovation at Kaiser Permanente, redesigning healthcare delivery. She holds a B.S. in Nursing from Saint Louis University and an MBA from Boston University.
