Nick Konat

Nick Konat, president and COO of Sprouts, joined in March 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in retail, merchandising, consumer insights, and private brands. Previously, he spent seven years at Petco, serving as chief merchandising officer and holding leadership roles in private brands and merchandising. Before that, he was director of food operations and merchandise planning at Target and held various merchandising and leadership roles in food and fashion. He also spent six years at Accenture. Nick holds an honors bachelor's degree in political science from St. John’s University.
