Prat Vemana

Prat Vemana is the executive vice president and chief information and product officer at Target. He sets the vision for the company’s product and engineering teams, focusing on harnessing technology to drive growth and keep Target competitive. Previously as Target’s chief digital and product officer, Prat oversaw digital business growth by revamping digital guest experiences – including its digital marketplace Target Plus and digital fulfillment experiences. He has worked in digital leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, The Home Depot and Staples. Prat holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras and a Master of Business Administration from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He serves on the board of directors for Frontier Communications.
