Bridget Banton

Bridget Banton is a seasoned TV executive and creative strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience. She has held senior roles at Channel 4, Paramount, the BBC, Penguin Random House, and Girl EFect, and is now the founder of Dear Creative Gurl: a consultancy specialising in storytelling, content strategy, and IP development. An expert in kids’ content, Bridget’s work spans live action, animation, scripted, and
podcasting. A passionate advocate for media as a force for social good, she serves on the boards of the London Museum and Chance UK; is a BAFTA voting member of over two decades, and an RSA Fellow. In March 2025, she will launch the Dear Creative
Gurl podcast, oFering insights to help creatives build impactful, sustainable careers.
