Justin Sampson was appointed Chief Executive of Barb Audiences, the UK industry’s standard measurement of what people watch, in 2012. During his tenure, Barb has launched multiple-screen audience ratings, daily reporting for online streaming platforms and commissioned contracts until 2029. Barb is now responsible for full-cycle campaign planning across linear and VOD services. Delivering this continuous programme of innovation has placed Barb at the forefront of global developments in video audience measurement. And Barb’s stakeholder base has expanded to include pure-play VOD operators and video-sharing platforms. Prior to joining Barb, Justin worked at AGB Nielsen, ITV and the Radio Advertising Bureau.
