Kim Ng

Kim Ng is a Sr. Advisor overseeing the development of the AUSL This follows more than three decades in professional baseball, where she most recently the first woman to serve as GM of a major American men’s professional sports team with the Miami Marlins. Under Ng’s leadership, the 2023 Marlins posted the 4th best winning percentage in the history of the franchise. Prior to that, Kim worked in the front offices of the LA Dodgers, and NY Yankees where she was an integral contributor to those clubs’ 9 postseason appearances, including 6 League Championship series and 3 World Championships. Kim also worked as SVP, Baseball Operations for MLB where she helped to advance the World Baseball Classic and served as MLB's representative on the board of USA Softball.
