Raised between Dallas and Northern California, Marvin’s perspective was shaped by navigating life from both sides of the track. His mother’s powerful mantra, "We may be broke, but we don’t have to live like it," ignited his drive to reject conformity and think beyond limits.

Self-taught and relentless, Marvin’s leap into digital marketing started with music management and led to award-winning campaigns for some of the largest brands in the world. His bestselling book, 101 Things a Black Man Should Know, spotlights his mission to challenge stereotypes and empower marginalized voices.

Fueled by curiosity and unapologetic ambition, Marvin thrives on creating new paths and defying expectations. In his downtime, he’s traveling to beach or mountain getaways, vibing to jazz and reggae, or envisioning his parallel career in music. Marvin’s journey proves that breaking molds is just the beginning.
