Alex Martí is the co-founder and CEO of Codea Studio, a creative company that defies conventions to develop ideas grounded in cultural awareness. At both the studio and Elisava University, where he lectures on advertising for a society that rejects it, he assembles teams of designers and advertisers without relying on traditional roles—embracing drama, risk, absurdity, and the beauty of failure.
