Lauren Embree

As a former 2x National Champion and 5x All-American on the University of Florida Women’s Tennis Team, I finished my collegiate career ranked number 1 in the nation and went on to compete professionally on the WTA tour. In 2023, I was honored to be inducted into the Florida Hall of Fame. My experience as a collegiate and professional athlete has greatly influenced my passion for helping others optimize their bodies to feel their best every day. I believe that how we perform and show up in life is deeply connected to our physical and mental well-being.
