When Lynne begins a client engagement, she asks herself one question: What is the dream of this brand, and what’s getting in their way? Lynne believes that to be an effective brand consultant, one must look at a problem from a variety of perspectives—inside-out, outside-in, and a combination of both. Through a career that included the client and agency sides, Lynne had a chance to create a holistic approach to brand-building. As Head of Strategy at FutureBrand, Lynne leads a team who transform businesses for the better for clients like Amazon, GM, American Airlines, Meta, Pfizer and Kohler. She began her career as a part of AT&T’s global marcom group, helping to grow the company into a global brand, then moving on to advertising at JWT and Publicis before finding her home in branding.
