Cynthia Plotch

Cynthia Plotch is the co-founder and co-CEO of Winx Health, GenZ’s sexual and vaginal wellness brand rooted in education to demystify and destigmatize women’s health. Cynthia and her co-founder Jamie Norwood started Winx Health (formerly known as Stix) in 2019, where she leads monetization and strategy for the company. Cynthia received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Venture for America alumna. She has been recognized on Inc.’s Top 100 Female Founders list and Forbes 1000 Entrepreneurs in 2021.

Reproductive justice has always been a priority for Cynthia and her family: she wrote about her family’s own multi-generation legacy of crusading for reproductive justice in an essay penned for iconic feminist mag Ms. Magazine, where she goes into detail about her mother’s own work going undercover to infiltrate and expose crisis pregnancy centers on behalf of Planned Parenthood, work that led to New York cracking down on these fake women’s health centers in the 1980s.
