Cynthia Plotch

Cynthia Plotch is the co-founder and co-CEO of Winx Health, (formerly known as Stix), the sexual and vaginal health brand destigmatizing and demystifying women’s health through non-judgmental education and intel-backed products. Cynthia and her co-founder Jamie Norwood started Winx Health in 2019, where she leads monetization and strategy for the company. Before Winx Health, Cynthia was on the founding team of Hungry Harvest, where she led the startup’s national expansion and growth. Cynthia received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Venture for America alumna. She has been recognized on Inc.’s Top 100 Female Founders list, Well + Good Changemakers 2023 and Forbes 1000 Entrepreneurs in 2021.
