Nearly half of Americans get their news from social media. Sharing an infographic on the latest social issue is an expected form of political support or advocacy for Gen Z. How do we ensure the posts we’re consuming and resharing are accurate and authentic?

Consumers increasingly look to influencers and brands to voice their own perspectives. As identity issues, reproductive justice, and trans rights are top of mind, access to credible information is more critical than ever. This panel explores the crossroads of responsibility between individuals, brands, and creators on social media.
