Melissa is a senior partner at Lippincott. With more than 20 years of innovation experience, Melissa has created products, services and experiences across a range of industries. Her expertise includes developing innovation strategies, uncovering transformational insights, developing new business models and designing compelling value propositions. This includes creating a new loyalty program for Hyatt, two new store brands and a pipeline of new products for ShopRite, developing a new meetings and events offering for Airbnb, revamping the store experience at Target, creating new products for Colgate, and more. Prior to joining Lippincott, Melissa spent nearly a decade as the Head of Strategy at Fahrenheit 212, an innovation consulting firm.
