Gordan Djogasevic is the head of digital innovation at Louis Vuitton. He started his career in the company 11 years ago where he evolved in various roles and departments. He moved from designing clienteling App, to defining leather goods product strategies, to building the most innovative digital use cases for the luxury industry leveraging blockchain technology, AR/VR and now AI. His journey brought him to explore the full value chain and to deeply understand how digital innovation can improve the desirability and the exclusivity for the benefit of the client and the product.
