Katt started her career in Music Management, collaborating with notable figures like Keyshia Cole, Ester Dean, and London On Da Track. Transitioning into music licensing, Katt gained invaluable experience under the guidance of industry veteran Steve Gordon, ESQ., where she facilitated music clearances for prestigious projects including The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
