Jonny Altepeter

Jonny Altepeter leads music supervision at Riot Games, overseeing in-house production, outsourcing, music partnerships, and department strategy. Reporting directly to industry veteran Maria Egan, Vice President of Music & Events, Jonny leads a team who works with artists, composers, songwriters, and producers from around the globe to create impactful musical moments for Riot’s games and their surrounding marketing campaigns and eSports events.

A native of Crookston, Minnesota, Jonny holds a BA in Music Industry & Technology from California State University, Chico. Today, Jonny lives in Toluca Lake, CA, with his wife, Sarah, and two children, Dylan and Mylo. When not at Riot or making music, you can find Jonny sifting through the jazz vinyl bins at Amoeba Records in Hollywood, CA.
