Farukh Aslam

Farukh Aslam is a commercial real estate developer, specializing in hotels, office buildings, and upscale apartments. Trained as an electrical engineer, Aslam has been in the telecom industry since 1999, starting a VoIP company when the technology was still in its infancy. After growing a successful Fiber to the Home (FTTH) business in Pakistan, he pivoted to power over ethernet in building infrastructure. In 2019, Aslam successfully developed the Sinclair Marriott Autograph Hotel, which is widely considered the most diverse PoE and DC Microgrid project in North America. As CEO of Sinclair Digital, Aslam's focus today is on next-generation sustainability in commercial development through "Digital Electricity."
